These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the INFUSTUDIOS website, the Showcase Portal, the Digital Support Pass, and any related services (together, the "Services"), operated by Endohedral Fuller Ltd, a company registered in New Zealand ("INFUSTUDIOS," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
INFUSTUDIOS is an independent venture in active development. It is being built as an ecosystem spanning talent discovery, sports and athlete development, film and content production, creator showcasing, and future streaming distribution.
The Services, and any features, timelines, or plans described on this website, represent current intentions and aspirations. They are not guarantees. Features described as planned or upcoming may change, be delayed, or not be built at all.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or submit content to the Services. If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Services.

Some features require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or are used for abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct.
The Showcase Portal and related features let you upload videos, images, profiles, and other material ("Submissions"). You retain ownership of your Submissions.
By uploading a Submission, you grant INFUSTUDIOS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that Submission for the purpose of operating and promoting the Services — for example, showing it in the Showcase feed, or featuring it in INFUSTUDIOS marketing. This license ends when you delete the Submission or close your account, except where content has already been shared or cached elsewhere.

The Digital Support Pass is a voluntary payment that helps fund the early development of INFUSTUDIOS. It is important that you understand what it is, and what it is not:

Except for user Submissions, all content on the Services — including the INFUSTUDIOS name, logo, branding, design, and site content — is owned by Endohedral Fuller Ltd or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without permission.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any planned feature, product, or outcome described on this website will be delivered.
INFUSTUDIOS does not guarantee discovery, career outcomes, opportunities, or any specific result from submitting content or purchasing a Support Pass.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Endohedral Fuller Ltd and INFUSTUDIOS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, or for any loss of data, opportunity, or goodwill.
A lawyer should confirm this holds up against NZ Consumer Guarantees Act protections, which can't be excluded for consumers.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms as INFUSTUDIOS develops. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
